Questions

Pricing, answered plainly

What does it cost per pay cycle?

The fee is 0.25% of each Ministry remittance (RA). A $6,000 remittance works out to about $15.00, and the fee for any single cycle is capped at $29.99 + HST — no matter how large the remittance.

Is there a percentage-of-billings tier or a human agent taking a cut?

No. OHIPay is billing software with one price: 0.25% of each remittance, capped at $29.99 + HST per cycle. There is no separate percentage-of-billings tier and no human billing agent skimming a share of what you bill.

Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?

We keep it simple — a single, transparent per-cycle price. Anything specific to your practice is reviewed and confirmed with you during onboarding, so there are no surprises before you commit.

When is pricing finalized?

The figures on this page describe the plan. The exact terms that apply to your practice are confirmed during onboarding — the walkthrough is a good place to ask anything that isn't covered here.
